DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Step 1 – Payment Confirmation
Upon confirmation of payment, the system will send an email confirmation to the registered email address. The same email will be sent to the Sales Representative for processing of order.
Step 2 – Order Processing
All orders made before 3:00 pm of the previous day will be processed the following day. All orders made during the weekends will be processed the following Monday. After order processing, Sales Invoice will be released and the Warehouse and Shipping Department will be notified through the submission of the transmittal report by the end of the day.
Step 3 – Order preparation and Delivery
The Warehouse and Shipping department will prepare the stocks and ship the order through the most convenient and efficient forwarder available.
- Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days for Metro Manila Area and 5-7 business days for outside Metro Manila Area.
- Bulk orders will be delivered 10-15 working days via most cost-effective couriers.
- Customers will be notified with the tracking number or the delivery status of their order.
